I have just been checking and it appears that Both Bad Company 2 and Medal of Honor have no LAN support!!!
Not sure about COD: Black Ops yet.
What a Shame, dont publishers want gamers to be sociable ???

Just had a look at Black Ops and there is a Private Match option, which might work on a LAN, we shall see Smile
