I been feeling like cack all week... I need sore throat remedies...

Plan tonight is a large tub of Neopolitan Ice-Cream for dinner! Any suggestions if that dont work?

BTW anyone for Cata Normal runs tonight? I need to gear a tank!

main thing mate is keep throat moist.. tbh ice cream isnt that good because the sugar in it irritates after eaten. Tea with honey and lemon is one of oldest and best and if you are in a heated room try to hydrate the air so its not too dry. have a steamy bath Smile
